1. Delivery Terms

1.1 Software Delivery

UR-GE ERP software services are provided digitally. After purchasing a software license:

• Your user account is activated within 24 hours.
• Software access details are sent by email.
• Installation support is provided by us.
• You gain access to training videos and user guides.

1.2 Installation and Integration

• Remote installation support is provided free of charge.
• On-site installation, if requested, is charged separately.
• Integration with existing systems is evaluated on a project basis.

2. Return Terms

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

• For digital content and software services, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once provision of the service has begun.
• Before license activation, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of the purchase date.
• A written notice is required to exercise the right of withdrawal.

2.2 Return Procedure

1. Submit a written request to info@urgeyazilim.com.
2. State your order number and reason for return.
3. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days using the same payment method.

2.3 Cases Where Returns Are Not Possible

• If the software license has been activated
• If the software has started to be used
• Customized software development services
• If training and consultancy services have been completed

3. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel a monthly or annual subscription:

• The cancellation request must be made at least 7 days before the next period begins.
• The fee paid for the current period is non-refundable.
• After cancellation, the service can be used until the end of the period.
