Fabric rolls are somewhere in the warehouse, foam elsewhere, metal accessories on a separate shelf. But exactly where? A production worker searches for material, cannot find it, asks someone else. Search time is longer than production time and efficiency is low.

No Critical Stock Alert

No one notices until the most-used fabric runs out. When ordered from the supplier, 2 weeks are waited and production stops in that time. Minimum stock levels are not defined and when stock runs out, it becomes firefighting mode.

For the year-end stock count, production stops, the whole team goes down to the warehouse and counting takes days. Handwritten lists are transferred to Excel, errors appear and it is recounted. The cost of counting reaches a significant part of the stock value.

No Stock Movement Tracking

Variant- and Lot-Based Stock Management

Fabric color, foam density, metal finish — each variant is tracked as a separate stock item. With lot/batch numbers, how much was used from which batch is tracked. The FIFO (first in, first out) rule is applied automatically and old stock is consumed first.
